Preflight default

I had a customer who wanted to set the Pre flight default to print "first page on top" She would check the box, and it would stay checked, until she shut down Smart Stream. The next time she started the software, the box was unchecked. After trying a few things, I tried holding the control key while I checked the box for first page on top. Now it stays checked, even after several restarts of Smart Stream.
