I mis read. I just saw that you updated the firmware in the last post.
Alright.
lets start with the patch cable that is going from that board with the RJ45 to the Jester board on the Engine computer inside of the machine.

Take off the lower covers on the back of the machine. to the over over the connectors. You will see another patch cable rj45 going from the connector board to the engine computer. Before you connect a new patch cable to the board make sure you check color codes. Hp may have done something sneeky with the colors. {Im not in front of my machine so I cant tell you the colors. } if it is just the standard B color code then go a head and plug a new patch cable in.

If the issue continues then its going to have to be one of the boards

You Try resetting the JDI back to factory? Sometimes that fixes random issues there.
