Hi there! I was wondering if someone knew what the error code 0030-0007-0050 means or what to do about it?

After changing a paper roll, I got a different error message about the cleaning container and it said to restart. I had bumped the cartridge while it was checking the new roll, so I just made sure it was properly seated and restarted it. Upon restart, I got that error.

I really appreciate any help you all can give! Thank you!

0030-0007-0050 Line sensor – Unable to read or get value
Call agent:
1.
Check that the paper loaded is suitable for calibration.
2.
If, after rebooting, the issue persists, then your Support representative is needed to repair the printer on site.
Service engineer:
1.
Check that the paper loaded is suitable for calibration.
2.
Check that the line sensor to Carriage Sensor PCA cable (NI_54) is unbroken, undamaged, and properly connected.
3.
Replace cable NI_54 or connector as needed.
4.
Replace the line sensor.
5.
Replace the Carriage Sensor PCA.

It sounds like that was probably from a service manual? Would you be able to share the whole thing, by chance?

If not, would you happen to know where I should look for the line sensor? Tried googling, but haven’t figured it out yet.
