Has anybody had to replace a user panel. I have a 4000 that has had more problems then i can count. User panel is frozen. If you do a hard reboot it is still frozen then four or five minutes later its working. I re-installed the latest firmware and the screen did come up and work but it does seem to respond a little slow when it is working. I also check all the connections for the panel.

I had one with the same problem. It turned out to be a bent pin on the cpu connection. It must have frozen the os. It was under warranty. So, the main board with cpu were replaced.
