Pagewide Pro 452dw

Hi everyone,

I am hoping I could find an answer here regarding my problem. I am trying to resolve this problem with a pagewide pro 452dw: when I print magenta, it prints maybe a word or a few letters from a word and then switches to yellow. I changed the cartridge, did the whole cleaning and firmware update, nothing seems to fix the issue. The only thing that is affected is the magenta color. Any other suggestions?

I appreciate any advice I can get on this.
