How do you get into diagnostics on this unit??

Normally you would get it on the HP MyKnowledge site once you're logged in, but i'm hearing a lot of people that were trained still don't have access. If you're trained, HP support can send you a copy directly.

Oh and to get into the diag boot, it's just like the DJ XL 3600:

1. Turn it on and wait for the HP logo to come up.
2. When a gray circle appears below the logo, press it and it should turn into 4 smaller circles.
3. It is now waiting for you to tap areas of the screen in a certain order.
Top left quarter = A
Top right quarter= B
Bottom left quarter = C
Bottom Right quarter = D
It's broken up Like this:

Tapping ABC will get you to customer Diag mode (less options).
Tapping CBA will get you to Technician Diag mode.
